Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice (day-old works best)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp Dill Pickle Salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
- 1 tbsp pickle juice (optional but awesome)
- Lemon wedge, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cooked rice and stir-fry until hot and slightly crispy (about 3–5 minutes).
- Stir in chopped pickles and Dill Pickle Salt. Cook for 1–2 minutes more.
- Turn off the heat. Add fresh dill and a splash of pickle juice if desired. Serve with lemon wedge.
