Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Summa Salt’s Spicy Pickle
- 2 large English cucumbers
- ½ medium red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep the veggies: Thinly slice cucumbers and red onion; chop parsley.
- Mix base: Combine cucumbers, onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Make dressing: Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Spicy Pickle salt, and black pepper.
